Esther Clerehan

Esther Clerehan is Australia's most experienced creative talent specialist.

She has been providing steady counsel in creative industries for over 30 years.

Esther's career began as a teenager at Ogilvy Melbourne. In 1984, she was headhunted by Apple’s Claire Worthington. In 1988, she was promoted to General Manager of Apple and relocated to Sydney.

And in 1993, Esther started her own company, CLEREHAN.

Esther is a regular speaker and panelist on topics including diversity, leadership & career planning and has judged multiple creative and business awards.

She has lectured AWARD School more often than any other industry leader, and is the first recruiter to sit on the AWARD Council.
