This alarming statistic is fueling the new United Nations’ #NotATarget campaign that calls for world leaders to take action and protect the civilians in conflict zones. And to get more participation, the UN, its agency VML New York and production partners Missing Pieces and Standard Transmission are reinventing how petitions are made. No signatures. No forms.
